The customer wanted a full bathroom transformation. We stripped out the existing suite, installed underfloor heating, laid new floor and wall tiles, fitted a new bath, walk-in shower enclosure, vanity unit and chrome accessories. Completed over three days.
GasLarger family home required a system boiler upgrade. Vaillant ecoTEC plus paired with a Megaflo cylinder for mains-pressure hot water.
A four-bedroom house with two bathrooms needed better water pressure throughout. We installed a Vaillant ecoTEC plus 835 system boiler paired with a 210L Megaflo unvented cylinder. Customer now has mains-pressure hot water to every outlet.

The customer's single-skin steel tank had corroded and failed an inspection. We removed and disposed of the old tank, laid a new concrete base and installed a 1000L bunded plastic tank. OFTEC certificate issued on completion.

Working on both bathrooms simultaneously allowed us to run new pipework once and minimise disruption. Both rooms received new suites, thermostatic shower valves, full floor-to-ceiling tiling and heated towel rails. Completed in four days.
GasCustomer wanted to free up cupboard space. Boiler relocated to an external weatherproof housing with all controls brought inside.
A creative solution for a small terrace with limited internal space. We installed the boiler in a purpose-built external GRP housing on the side of the property, ran flue and pipework internally to a new programmer and thermostat. Tidy, weatherproof and fully insulated.

The customer no longer used the bath and wanted a spacious walk-in shower instead. We waterproofed the floor with a Wedi wetroom system, installed a frameless glass screen, thermostatic valve with overhead rain head and body jets, and tiled floor to ceiling in large format porcelain.
AirconSplit-system air conditioning unit installed in a home office. Cooling in summer, supplementary heating in winter — quiet and energy efficient.
The customer worked from home and needed a reliable way to control the temperature in their office year-round. We installed a Mitsubishi Electric 2.5kW wall-mounted split system — whisper quiet, Wi-Fi enabled and efficient enough to run as a cost-effective heater in winter too.
